Cordea Savills offers a range of pooled investment opportunities. These can either be diversified, or sector and/or country focused opportunities available to different investor groups.

- A common investment fund approved by the Charity Commission available to charities registered in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
- The Fund was launched in 2006 to provide Charities with the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of residential assets. Since launch the Fund raised £4.2 million of equity and purchased its only asset, Charlotte House in Newcastle in 2007
- In 2010, following the sale of Charlotte House, Newcastle, equity was returned to investors and the Fund is now being wound-up
