Cordea Savills strengthens German team with the appointment of Andreas Lenz
Cordea Savills, the international property fund manager, has appointed Andreas Lenz as Finance Manager for its Cordea Savills German Retail Fund. He will be responsible for overseeing the finance, debt and accounting functions for the Fund and will also lead the finance team based in Munich.
Andreas joins Cordea Savills from Babcock & Brown, the international investment and advisory firm, where he was a Senior Finance Manager responsible for real estate financial analysis, asset management/controlling and transactions. Prior to this, Andreas worked for five years at Ernst & Young Real Estate, where he was responsible for real estate valuation, transaction advisory and real estate corporate finance.
Andreas regularly presents seminars in real estate due dilligence at the seminar company IIR Conferences Germany. He holds a diploma in business engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and is a certified real estate surveyor appraiser.
This appointment underlines Cordea Savills’ expanding presence in Germany where the full range of fund management services is provided.
